The Time Tunnel with ‘The Cottage Inn’ Llandeilo

For one hour each day Monday to Friday, 97.5 Scarlet FM & 97.1 Radio Carmarthenshire takes a look back at a time when a mobile phone was the size of a car battery, the internet was unheard of, digital watches were new on the market, a video recorder was the size of a dressing table, and the Tamagotchi was the must have gadget. 

We call this programme "The Time Tunnel" and it's broadcast daily from 9:00 and 10:00pm. This one hour daily event will feature the very best music from the 1970s, 80s, 90s and the new millennium. If you're a fan of artists such as Abba, Blondie, The Beatles, Fleetwood Mac, Phil Collins then this feature is a must for you.

There's also an opportunity to hear many rare and hard to find songs. Do you remember artists such as The Osmond's, Sister Sledge, Mud and The Rubettes? Will you ever forgive them!

Each day there's a different featured year when we take a look at the stories that were making the headlines and the fashion trends which were all the rage!

So all you have to do is listen to the songs and stories from that day in our mystery year and then get in touch.
