This 10k fun run along the millennium coastal path is regarded as one of the most scenic courses in the uk. a fast, flat course ideal for novices and those looking for a fast time. there are several races for children from 6 - 15yrs starting at 9:30am with the 10k at 11:30am. race momento to all those taking part. all proceeds from the event go to the john hartson cancer foundation.

2013 will be the 7th year and the show has developed into a two-day charity event held on the united counties showground at carmarthen, taking advantage of the extensive spaces and buildings available for stunt displays, trade stands, exhibition vehicles, camping, catering, craft stalls, children's corner, and of course, visitor parking. it now includes licensed bars, weekend camping and evening entertainment.
we have extended the opening hours this year on saturday from 10am to 9.30pm.
we will be using the whole of the exhibition hall too so more stands and more display bikes/trikes.
